Painting
Interior and exterior painting, boundary-wall spraying, rope-access painting and cleaning, crack filling, and plaster touch-up.
On this work

Interior
Rooms, ceilings, and trim. Floors and fittings are covered before the first tin is opened.

Exterior
The outside of the house: walls, fascias, and frames that were named in the scope.

Boundary wall spraying
A plastered boundary wall sprayed to an even coat, rather than brushed in patches.

Rope access
Painting and cleaning on a high wall, from ropes, where a ladder will not reach.

Crack filling and plaster touch-up
Cracks filled and plaster made good before paint goes over them.
General painting and cleaning
The ordinary repaint: wash, prepare, and paint. Colour is agreed before the work starts.

How this work is held
Paint hides a poor surface for a short time. The scope says how far the preparation goes. If plaster, timber, or damp is the real fault, that is raised before it is painted over.
How a job proceeds
01
Enquire
The quote form is the brief. Name the property and what needs doing. A sentence or two is enough to start.
02
Agree
We reply with what is included, what is not, and the order of the work. That agreement is the green light. Nothing is opened up before it exists.
03
Carry out
The work is done to that scope. If something hidden changes the job, it is raised before it is done, and the scope is updated.
