Pipe lining

Trenchless repair for a cracked, root-bound, or leaking drain. The old pipe stays in the ground. A resin-soaked liner is pulled in, pressed to the wall, and left as a continuous lining inside it.

On this work

  • A drain full of roots beside the same pipe after a smooth liner is in place.

    Look, then clean

The camera maps the crack, the joint, or the roots. The line is cleaned so the liner can sit against the host pipe, not on top of debris.

  • Hands holding a cutaway of a blue liner inside a short section of host pipe.

A liner built to the run

The length and the diameter come from that inspection. The liner is soaked with resin and pulled in through an opening that is already there.

  • A cutaway of a rusted host pipe with a blue liner seated inside it.

    Pressed, then cured

A bladder inside the liner is inflated so the resin meets the wall. When the resin has cured, the bladder comes out. What remains is a continuous lining inside the old pipe.

  • A drain camera on its reel beside a monitor showing the inside of a pipe.

Checked before it is handed back

The camera goes through again. If the lining has not seated, or the access was wrong, that is said before the line is put back into use.

What is included

  • A camera through the line before a liner is made
  • Cleaning the host pipe of silt, scale, and roots that would sit under the liner
  • Measuring the run and building the liner to that length
  • Pulling the liner in through a cleanout, a vent, or another opening already on the property
  • A bladder inflated so the resin meets the pipe wall, then removed once the resin has cured
  • A camera check of the finished lining

The kind of job

  • A drain under a slab, a driveway, or a planted yard that should not be opened
  • Roots or a weeping joint that returns after the line has been cleared
  • A run that can be reached from a cleanout, a roof vent, or a riser

How this work is held

Lining is for a pipe that still has a way through. If the camera shows a collapse, a line full of debris that will not clear, or no usable opening, the job is not forced into a liner. The scope says which run is lined, where the access is, and whether a section should be replaced instead. This page does not claim a franchise, a brand licence, or a certificate.

How a job proceeds

  1. 01

    Enquire

The quote form is the brief. Name the property and what needs doing. A sentence or two is enough to start.

  2. 02

    Agree

We reply with what is included, what is not, and the order of the work. That agreement is the green light. Nothing is opened up before it exists.

  3. 03

    Carry out

The work is done to that scope. If something hidden changes the job, it is raised before it is done, and the scope is updated.
